Kevin M. Leach is admitted to practice in Virginia, Washington D.C. and New Hampshire.

Mr. Leach is a trial attorney who has been nationally recognized for his creative and successful representation of serious personal injury victims in difficult liability cases.  The Lawyers Weekly USA newspaper published a full length article on Mr. Leach’s imaginative use of electron microscopy to prove liability in an unwitnessed trip and fall on a sewer grate for a severely brain injured woman.  After a week of trial, the case settled for a 1.2 million dollar recovery for the injured victim.

Mr. Leach’s practice focuses on medical negligence, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, automobile accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, and construction workplace injuries.  He has achieved numerous million and multi-million dollar results for seriously injured clients in complex liability and damages cases.  He is a member of the nationally recognized Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Mr. Leach has been honored by his peers for outstanding advocacy on behalf of his clients and was recently awarded the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association’s prestigious Special Recognition Award for Dedication to the Pursuit of Justice.  He was elected President of the New Hampshire Association of Justice in 2008.

Mr. Leach has served as a judicial law clerk to Justice David Souter, a former United States Supreme Court Justice.  He has authored numerous articles on subjects, including traumatic brain injury, medical negligence, and trial practice, and has served as Editor in Chief of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer’s quarterly magazine, The Trial Bar News, Chairman of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyer Association’s CLE Committee, Governor at Large of the New Hampshire Bar Association, President of the Manchester Bar Association, and was appointed by the New Hampshire Supreme Court to serve as a member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court's Board of Bar Examiners.

Mr. Leach is a graduate of Providence College, cum laude.  He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Wake Forest University School of Law, and was also a member of the Wake Forest Law Review.  Mr. Leach enjoys athletics, he was a high school baseball MVP, played in the Senior Babe Ruth World Series in Owensboro, Kentucky and had a brief but enjoyable tryout with the Cincinnati Reds. His adult baseball team won the New Hampshire Granite State Over 30 State Baseball Championship, and the Over 40 State Baseball Title In New Hampshire.  More recently, his men's softball team won the Fairfax County Adult Softball League Championship (Senior Men's Division) in 2011 and again in 2012.

Mr. Leach now resides in Burke, Virginia with his wife Catherine and his daughter Abigail, who works in the law firm as a paralegal.  He has been privileged to serve the Catholic Church as a Eucharistic Minister, an Extraordinary Minister of Communion for the Sick, and as a Stephen Minister for the confidential support of church members experiencing life difficulties and isolation.
